Our Projects
Every project is a reflection of our 5 core values based on how we see ourselves. We live by these values to create affordable, and sustainable homes for our whānau and generations to come.
Our journey started in 2013 with the Aorangi Māori Trust Board 8-house Papakāinga in Heretaunga and we have successfully assisted a number of whānau with their Papakāinga journey.
We are building intentional communities and building capacity within each whānau Papakāinga. Whānau are building affordable security in tenure for this generation and future generations to come. We know that Papakāinga is the most affordable pathway to home ownership.
