Aorangi Māori Trust Board Stage 2 consisting of 12 homes and the relative infrastructure. Recently the second to last house has been completed, a cosy 2-bedroom whare with a sicilian roof (pictures below). The final whare in Stage 2 is currently in the building consent process. This will be a beautiful warm 3 bedroom with an integral garage.
