Sheeran Associates Ltd
Providing Pathways to Affordable Housing through Papakāinga Developments on Ancestral Lands
Sheeran Associates Ltd is a proud Kaupapa Māori based Project management and Construction company.
Sheeran Associates Ltd (SA Ltd) focuses on assisting whānau Māori to develop strategies to build and live in new affordable healthy homes on their ancestral lands.
Our journey started in 2013 project managing an eight home urban Papakāinga located in Heretaunga for the Aorangi Māori Trust Board (AMTB) consisting of six affordable healthy rental and two home ownership properties.
Since the opening of the AMTB Papakāinga in November 2015 Sheeran Associates Ltd has assisted over 20 whānau projects to secure upwards of $40 million through Te Puni Kokiri Māori Housing Network to enable whānau to achieve their Papakāinga aspirations on their ancestral Māori land. This includes completing upwards of 130 houses on the ground by 30 June 2021.
